Many organizations have their own vision of what Customer Success should look like, but none of them have been as on point as BlueVoyant. I have worked in a variety of Customer Success roles for over 8 years, and I can honestly say that the team here at BlueVoyant truly cares, for both our customers and CSMs. No matter how big or small your contribution is, it does not go unnoticed and is valued by our leadership team.
What is unique as a CSM here, is the fact that we have a direct impact on improving our services and processes from the top down. Most organizations have you follow a formula already in place, but BlueVoyant allows you to be creative and thoughtful.
