Michael Conley

Since 2017, Scott has served as the General Counsel of BlueVoyant. At BlueVoyant, Scott is in charge of the organization’s global legal affairs. Prior to his time at BlueVoyant, Scott worked at Stroz Friedberg (another multinational cybersecurity company) where he held a similar position for 6 years. Before joining Stroz Friedberg, Scott was with the international law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP for nearly 20 years.While with Skadden, Scott spent time working out of the firm’s New York, Boston, London, Munich, Paris, and Sydney offices, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, commercial contracts, and counseling and litigation. During his time at Skadden, Scott worked with a variety of U.S. and international clients, from growth-stage companies to some of the world’s largest corporations, as well as private equity firms and investment banks.Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Trinity College, and a law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Sangya Sharma is the Chief Human Resource and Diversity Officer. She is a human resource leader with 10 years of experience across key HR functions like change management, HR strategy development and implementation, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. Prior to joining BlueVoyant, she worked with JDS Consulting and Design, where she successfully established and grew the human resources department from the ground up.
She also held senior HR position with Coal India Ltd, the world’s largest coal mining company, where she was instrumental in policy formulation to benefit a vast workforce of 4,000 employees and spearheaded the CSR department beyond compliance and regulations to further social good. She is an SPHR (Senior Professional in HR) certified professional and also holds an MBA and computer science engineering degree from renowned universities in India.
